This is one of the first patterns I made. He has floppy ears and a removable tail. Much like his well known cousin Eeyore. Dustin also has a fluffy mane and a bow on his tail that you can change to other colors as his (or your) mood sees fit.
I drew Dustin out many years ago and made many afghans for friends. It wasnt until the fall of 2005 that I decided to photograph this adorable donkey and write the pattern up. It took until now for me to decide to include him on my site. I was concerned that people would think this was Eeyore, the famous movie star, but it isnt. This is Dustin. A happy and carefree donkey that likes to play with his friends and munch on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with me.
