Shipping information:   I will ship only within the continental US, Canada, and to the United Kingdom.  If you need shipment elsewhere please contact me before ordering.  Shipping within the US is $6.50 for the first item and an additional $1.50 for each item after that. There is an additional charge for shipping to Canada and The UK based on average weight of items.  Download Patterns will not add to shipping costs as they have no "weight"!  Orders that contain ONLY patterns will not be charged any shipping or handling fees.

 Kits can usually be shipped in about 4 weeks depending on availability of the yarns.  If shipment will be delayed I will contact you.

Patterns are shipped immediately (by download only).  If for some reason you do not want to download, contact me before you process payment through my website and we can make other arrangements.

Return policies:  all postage for returns are paid for by the customer
Kits are returnable less a 15% restocking fee (this helps to cover my shipping cost and other expenses incurred putting the kit together for you)

Patterns are NOT refundable due to the nature of the product.

Sugar Glider products are only returnable if unused!!! If an item has been opened, I can NOT take it back for health and safety reasons.  Think about it, YOU wouldn't want a toy that someone let their sugar glider use, and you don't know if it's healthy or not.

If you order from both my sites, I will gladly combine your orders and ship together, then refund you the difference in shipping costs!
