You must follow instructions when ordering Patterns. When you process your payment through PayPal you will see a button that says "return to afghans4u" you must click that to return to the site to be able to download your Pattern.
Shipping Rates and Policies
Shipping information: All shipping charges are worked into the price of the items. I will ship only within the continental US. If you need shipment elsewhere please contact me before ordering.
Kits can usually be shipped in about 4 weeks depending on availability of the yarns. If shipment will be delayed I will contact you.
Handmade afghans take a long time to make. Anticipate shipping to be done in about 6-8 weeks (well...for mail order that's not so bad).
Patterns are shipped immediately (by download). If for some reason you do not want to download, contact me before you process payment through my website and we can make other arrangements.
Return policies: Kits are returnable less a 15% restocking fee (this helps to cover my shipping cost and other expenses incurred putting the kit together for you)
Handmade afghans are also returnable. After I receive the afghan and ensure it is undamaged I will refund your payment less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping on afghans is costly as I send them insured. The fee also helps to cover expenses incurred in making the afghan (they take alot of time to make and the yarns can be costly, plus each afghan is made when it is ordered).
Patterns are NOT refundable due to the nature of the product.
